About Us

What is the East Angel Friends & Alumni Foundation?

The East Angel Friends & Alumni Foundation (EAFAF) is a group formed of five all-volunteer, non-profit organizations: Project Angel Pride, East High Angel Foundation, Alumni and Friends of East and Ancient Angels, and the East Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) as an affiliate member, working together to improve, support and encourage East High School and the community it serves. For years these dedicated organizations had been working independently of each other, raising funds for select initiatives that would benefit the school.

By bringing these organizations together, EAFAF can make an even greater impact on East High School and the school’s surrounding community. The East Angel Friends and Alumni Foundation is a registered 501(c)3 organization.

The EAFAF Mission:

The purpose of EAFAF is to support East High School in achieving its mission, to work in partnership with the school to foster community, to promote student achievement, to foster alumni relations, to expand the support base, to preserve and promote the history of the school and its alumni, to assist in preserving and improving the buildings and grounds of the school and to raise funds for the benefit of the school community. The work is done through voluntary contributions from the tremendous support of individuals such as East High alumni, community members, parents, faculty (current and former) and other friends of East High School.
